Residence Verde Pineta in Maremma

The Residence Verde Pineta is set in one of the quietest places, only 700 metres far away from the beach and 200 metres from the centre.

It’s also the ideal starting point for the discovery of wonderful coasts and little medieval villages of Maremma Toscana.

The residence is modern and warm and our guests can benefit by a small bar, a reading – room, a small laundry, free wi – fi at the hall and swimming – pool area and a private car – park.

Each apartment has a terrace, the room apartments on the ground floor have veranda and garden.

There are 3 types of apartments, each apartment has air conditioning, television, telephone (on consumption), and reserved parking.

Reach the Residence Verde Pineta is simple: we are in the center of Principina a Mare, immersed in the wonderful pine forest on the beautiful seaside resort of the coast. Use the Google map to be able to better find our residence and possibly trace the path to get there more easily.
