Rate includes:
1. rental of the apartment
2. satellite TV
3. air conditioning
4. use of the swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas until exhaustion
5. consumption of water, electricity and final cleaning excluding the kitchenette
6. Reserved parking space inside the structure, fenced but not guarded
7. bathroom and bedroom linen per person with weekly change
8. wireless network connection in the Hall and in the pool area

extra to be requested when booking:
1. camping cot supplement (up to 3 years) € 35.00 per week to be requested when booking a camping cot added only in the large one-room apartments and in the two-room apartments possibility to bring your own cot for free
2. small pets € 35.00 per week

City tax:
€ 1.20 per night per person, maximum 7 nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

WASTE: Separate collection
At check in, the card will be given to open the garbage cans.
A security deposit of € 20.00 will be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay when the card is returned

Pool:
The swimming pool is open during reception opening hours.
It is forbidden to enter the pool outside opening hours.
As permitted by law, our swimming pool has no lifeguard and lifeguard surveillance.

Withdrawal by the customer
Cancellation penalty in normal situation:
1. up to 20 days before arrival, full refund of the deposit paid.
2. from 19 to 7 days before arrival, penalty of 20% of the cost of the apartment.
3. from 6 days until the day of arrival or no-show, penalty of 30%, ie the total amount of the deposit paid.
